I trained at the London School of Mediation and am a fully accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, registered with the Civil Mediation Council and Clerksroom.
When not mediating I work in technology, specialising in the development and finance of new products and services. Clients include both SMEs and multinational enterprises and my role is a lovely mix of commercial and creative.
I have never strayed far from my farming background. My family own and operate an arable farm in Leicestershire and over the years my involvement has ranged from land work to rearing and processing poultry to property development. I have also produced and presented two podcasts about English rural life.
Working with hundreds of tech-focused companies as well as my own direct experiences within a family business has given me tremendous insight into the intricacies, challenges and opportunities faced by those sharing a commercial relationship of any sort.
Examples of the kind of mediations I handle:
I have significant experience of disputes in the property sector including construction, representations during the sale process, co-ownership disputes and boundary disputes.
I have a particular interest in disputes involving innovative technology including AI, blockchain, cryptocurrency, IoT, gaming and Esports and am advancing the concept of Alternative Digital Dispute Resolution.
